Doc Hawkins - Visionary Leader
With over 45 years of dedicated experience in the construction and development industry, we are proud to have Doc Hawkins at the helm of our company. His incredible journey began with the successful construction of more than 500 houses for the renowned retirement development, Eden Village, located in the picturesque West Rand. This foundational experience not only honed his skills but also ignited a passion for creating exceptional living spaces that resonate with quality and comfort.
As we ventured into the world of residential development, Doc continued to shine brightly, guiding us through the successful design and construction of two remarkable residential projects: The Palms and Villa Toscana. The Palms, a sophisticated community of 25 luxury units, and Villa Toscana, with its enchanting 23 units, showcased our commitment to excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of our work.
Our journey then led us to the vibrant city of Cape Town, where we have continued to elevate our standards and expand our portfolio. In recent years, we have proudly completed a series of upmarket homes for our discerning clients in Camps Bay and Durbanville, with additional 6 projects in Clara Anna Fontein, Stone Hurst Estate and Val De Vie. Each home we craft is not just a structure; it’s a testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and luxury.
Currently, we are thrilled to be in the process of building 3 homes in Constantia, where we are continuing to push the boundaries of design and craftsmanship.
While we primarily focus on luxury-style homes, we also take great pride in our ability to tackle renovation projects of all sizes. We believe that no job is too big or too small, and we approach each project with the same level of passion and enthusiasm. Our team thrives on challenges, and we relish the opportunity to transform spaces and create environments that our clients can truly call home.

Ryan Hawkins
Ryan has been on our team since 2019, bringing back a wealth of experience from abroad. As the driving force behind the technical side of our business, Ryan’s expertise is invaluable. A proud graduate of Stellenbosch University, he holds a BCom with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and logistics management. With his energetic spirit and innovative mindset, we are excited to keep pushing boundaries and achieving great things together!
Kyran Hawkins
Kyran joined our team in 2020. Kyran plays a pivotal role on the development side of our business, where he brings his expertise in project pricing and quantity surveying to the forefront. With his keen eye for detail, he manages and oversees all our subcontractors, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently. Kyran’s dynamic approach and dedication to excellence drive our success, and we are excited to have him on board!
Debbie Spenceley
Interior Design Specialist & Administration Manager
Debbie Spenceley brings a keen eye for interior design and a flair for creating beautiful spaces.
In addition to overseeing the administration, she plays a key role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the company’s projects.
